Haven't had a duel for a little bit.

Theme is CR 8: Make something that is CR 8

Anything from http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ is valid

Average wealth of a high fantasy level 8 Heroic NPC. That is, 6,000 gp of weapons, 5,000 gp of armour, 2,000 gp of magic, 1,600 gp of limited use items and 1,000 gp on anything else.

If you are using a race, use a 20 point buy. Races with more than 11 RP have a +1 increase to CR; races with more than 21 RP have a +2 increase to CR and so on.

Take maximum roll for the first HD, then average thereafter.

There will be a roll off to determine battleground conditions. These are limited to Raining or not Raining; Light being Natural or Artificial; Terrain and Elevation. 1 Terrain appropriate hazard may be present. The size of the arena may also be selected, ranging from 100x100x100 feet to 1000x1000x1000 feet

Battle will take place in a specially designed Roll20 place (address forthcoming)

Choice of Duel or Mass Combat. Mass Combat will be default choice.

Since it's not clear, the Heroic Wealth forces you to divide your gear up into sensible portions.
