Decided this would probably be even more fun if we considered it a group project.

Principle:
Angred at the ignorance and general disrespect the general populace has about Bread, Pastries and other baked and food related goods, one Baker felt it was time to take matters into his own floury hands. Why didn't anyone else appreciate the immense power and necessity of self-raising flour like he did? Why didn't people fall down and worship the perfection of pumpkin scones like he did? Why didn't people croon lovingly at blackberry pies and rub them up and down on their faces like he did? Probably because it's weird, but he didn't see it that way! So, armed with nothing but his trusty rolling pin and cook book, he started taking lessons in magic.
Several years later, strange and mysterious scents started wafting out of the local bakery, and maniacal laughs could be heard. Strange murders began taking place where the victims were found covered in flour, egg and bits of icing. People were found turned to cheese, and people cowered in fear in their homes as giant gingerbread men began wandering the streets. The Mad Baker had begun his reign of terror!

Objective:
Design food related creatures, spells and items that would be used by the Mad Baker or to combat him.

Spell Examples:

Ray of Frosting

School Conjuration [Creation, Sugar] Level Sorcerer/Wizard 0
Casting Time 1 standard action
Component: V, S
Range Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 level)
Effect Ray
Duration Instantaneous
Saving Throw None Spell Resistance Yes

A ray of soft, sugary paste projects from your pointing finger. You must succeed on a ranged touch attack with the ray to deal damage to a target. The ray deals 1d3 points of sugar damage.

Flourball

School Conjuration [Creation, Pastry] Level Sorcerer/Wizard 4
Casting Time 1 standard action
Component: V, S, M (a pinch of flour)
Range Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)
Effect 10-ft.-radius spread
Duration Instantaneous
Saving Throw Reflex half, see text Spell Resistance Yes

A flourball spell creates a detonation of flour that covers the area. Creatures in the area take 1d6 bludgeoning damage per caster level (To a maximum of 10d6 at level 10). Creatures that fail their save are also blinded for 1 round. Invisible creatures are visibly outlined until they take a full-round action that provokes an attack of opportunity to remove all the flour.

The flourball would be awesome for a thief I think. But not as a magical spell, no, like a mechanical device. Some kind of flour filled in a small balloon and when that one bursts (after throwing) a small chemical or w/e device produces a little spark that causes the flour to detonate. And that invisible detection is very nice too, cause our group could use that right now.

Damage Small/Medium 1d4/1d4   1d6/1d6

Type Slashing/Icing

Range -

Originally created by the Mad Baker to equip one of his most terrible creations ever.. the Mecha Ginger Ma'am, he went to great lengths to procure the tastiest ingredients he could find to bake these disastrous treats.

He made a powerful magical mixture of flour, dragon eggs, fairy wing extract, and giant toad tears along with the highest quality ginger, milk, honey and other ingredients along with powdered enchanted mithril granules to make sure the blades would be strong and tasty. After mixing the ingredients and shaping the dastardly cookies into massive swords, he baked them in a special hollowed out Red Dragon's Skull Oven, uttering foul magics over them. He then gave them a glossy black dragon's spit icing coating to match his twistedly tasty Mecha Ginger Ma'am's colors.. but the story of Mecha Ginger Ma'am is another tale.

Vegetable Cake

The Mad Baker Vegetable_cake_zpsf20d4847

Damage 1d4 *see description Duration Too Long

Type Crushing

Range -

It is uncertain who created this, or why; but it is obvious devious things were on the mind of the individual responsible for this madness. Usually laid out for unaware victims to enjoy; the hideous and sinister nature of the Vegetable Cake becomes apparent only after a piece of it has been eaten. Expecting a sweet relaxing treat, even the most hardened adventurer will usually scream in fear, soon realizing his or her mouth is full of green beans, bits of corn husk, beans and a variety of other potentially healthy vegetables, as well as cake. The unfortunate victim will immediately take 1d4 points of Hopes and Dreams damage as their hopes and dreams are crushed by the unexpected vegetables, and must roll a Will Saving Throw DC 15 or suffer a gripping insanity for 1d6 days, as they ponder what this world has come to.

The preparation of this cake requires the baker to laugh maniacally as they prepare the ingredients, which include but are not limited to: 2 and a quarter cups of all purpose flour, half a cup of softened butter, a cup and a 3rd of sugar, 2 eggs, 3 tea spoons of baking powder, a tea spoon of salt, 1 cup of milk (spoiled is fine, just be sure to beat the clumps out of it), 2 tea spoons of chili sauce (or vanilla, depending on mood), a full head of lettuce washed or unwashed but diced up all the same, 2 full cucumbers worth of cucumber slices (3 may be overkill and hard to fit in the cake mix but can try it out), a handful of peas in a pod, greenbeans, pinto beans, at least half of a huge tomato (sliced or diced), some corn husks pieces, thinly sliced, and a handful of stale garlic croutons (can be mashed into bits if the desire takes you). Bake at around 350 degrees for roughly 30 minutes. Serve on an appealing platter, with a thin layer of icing to conceal any discolorations if needs be.

I wish I could claim credit for this, but I saw it in the item making thing:

Hot Cross Bun Gun
Aura moderate conjuration; CL 9th
Slot none; Price 25,535 gp; Weight 6 lbs.
Description
Sometimes a wizard will be driven insane from her intense study of the arcane, and often times her creations will puzzle future generations. The hot cross bun gun is one such example. A peculiar looking, slightly heavy light crossbow, the hot cross bun gun is slightly sticky to the touch with a copper cylinder ending in a nozzle attached on the under side of the crossbow. It may fire normal bolts, but if drawn unloaded it loads itself with a pastry (usually a hot cross bun, but any pastry is possible), that when fired deals 2d6 nonlethal damage, and explodes in a shower of annoying, but harmless sticky crumbs. Once per day the user may press a button near the trigger to release a torrent of hot tea in a 15 foot cone (3d4 fire damage, reflex DC 11 half). Normally the food and tea is tasteless, disappears shortly, and provides no nutrition, but once per day the user can spend 10 minutes to coax forth enough tea and pastries to feed 15 medium creatures.
Construction
Requirements Craft Magical Arms and Armor, cure light wounds, minor creation, burning hands, create food and water; Cost 12935 gp

It's okay :P It's still going if you want to take a look. They've culled most of the terrible ones now, so it's not that bad looking through stuff. Voting's still open for another... 8 days I think.
